All orders with Free Shipping are shipped via USPS Ground Shipping and take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive once shipped.
Orders may be expedited for additional fees which can be selected during checkout.
We offer USPS Ground (included w/ purchase) Priority Shipping and Next-Day shipping (additional fees).

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being received. You will be sent an email confirming the receipt of your order.
Our opticians will contact you with any questions about your prescription. You may request to have a quick consultation which is included with your purchase.
Your prescription will be confirmed if required, and your order will be put into production.
Our process takes between 2-4 days from the time we receive your order, and will be shipped as soon as the order is completed.
Please allow an extra 3-5 days when ordering higher power prescriptions.
You will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided during checkout once the order is ready for shipment.

Please note: We are not obligated to issue a refund or store credit due to a typo or mistake in selecting any prescription details once the order is processed. All submitted prescriptions including pupillary distance must be entered correctly when submitting your order.
